The short version: This page (sprayberrylabs.com) is marketing — it describes the kinds of engagements we offer and lists indicative pricing. Actual engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this page creates a contract on its own.
About these terms
"Sprayberry Labs," "we," "our," and "us" refer to Sprayberry Labs, an independent software studio based in Atlanta, Georgia. "You" means the visitor or prospective client using this site or submitting an inquiry.
By visiting sprayberrylabs.com or submitting the inquiry form, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The site is informational
The pricing, package descriptions, and timelines listed on the homepage are indicative and reserved for an engagement agreement. They are not a binding offer. Sprayberry Labs may change pricing or available packages at any time. Engagements already under contract are governed by their own signed agreement and are not affected by changes to this site.
Inquiries are not engagements
Submitting the inquiry form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, retain Sprayberry Labs, or obligate either party to anything. A client relationship begins only when both parties have signed a written engagement agreement (typically a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement).
Founders rate
The "Founders rate" referenced on the homepage applies to engagements where the engagement agreement is signed on or before September 30, 2026. Pricing for engagements signed after that date may differ. Once a Founders-rate agreement is signed, the prices in that agreement are honored for the duration of the engagement.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and code of sprayberrylabs.com are owned by Sprayberry Labs. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not republish substantial portions of the content as your own.
Open-source projects authored by Sprayberry Labs (such as dario, deepdive, and hands) are governed by their respective project licenses, not these terms.
Disclaimer of warranty
This site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sprayberry Labs does not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sprayberry Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site. Liability for the homepage marketing content is capped at $0 because no consideration has been exchanged.
This limitation does not affect liability under a signed engagement agreement, which has its own terms negotiated separately.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
